All consults are online only via Telehealth. Please ensure your camera and microphone are connected prior to your appointment.
Upon booking confirmation, you will receive a confirmation email, which will include a 'New Client Intake Form' that needs to be completed prior to your appointment if you are a new client.

Please note that a minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment, otherwise a cancellation fee will be charged. This, in consideration for others, allows me to schedule in clients from my waiting list.

A 10-15 minute complimentary discovery call to explore how we can support you.
Initial Naturopathic Consultation (Online)
$170
A 75-90 minute initial consult via Telehealth to explore your current health including a thorough investigation of your personal health history, family history, diet and lifestyle factors to identify the underlying cause of your presenting symptoms.
A comprehensive treatment plan will be provided to you via email outlining your health goals, holistic analysis, nutritional & lifestyle advice, along with a herbal/nutritional prescription.
Return Naturopathic Consultation (Online)
$100
A 45-60 minute return consult via Telehealth revolves around the progression from your initial consult with a focus on discussing your treatment progress. Further case taking allows for a review of prescriptions and further refinement on future treatment plans to support optimal health.
Online Naturopathic Consultations: What to expect
01/ Book a consultation and complete the ‘New Client Intake Form’
*If you’re a new client, feel free to book a Complimentary Discovery Call to explore how we can support you.
02/ All communications regarding appointment time, instructions and updates will be sent via text message and/or email.
*Gentle reminder to ensure your contact information is correct/updated.
03/ Once the consultation is complete, you will receive a tailored treatment plan which details your health goals, nutritional and lifestyle recommendations as well as further referrals if necessary based on your individual needs.
*Treatment plans will be sent to your provided email address within 24 hours of your consult.
04/ A personalised prescription may be formulated for you to support the healing process. This may include a custom herbal tonic, flower essence blend, nutraceutical supplement, and/or a nutritional compound.
*Please note any prescriptions are an additional cost.
